Diesel Emissions in Weber County

Anyone know the Emmissions requirements for 95 to 97 Diesels in Weber County?

As far as I know there are no emmissions testing required in Weber Co. yet. The only requirement is a safety inspection. I talked to the DMV and they said it will only be a matter of time though.

Thats what I thought. Do you think they will go back and make the old ones qualify or grandfather them in?

I will try to call the Weber County Health Dept, they regulate the emmissions. I will oost the answer for the other users.

Here is the .pdf for the Weber County Emmissions Inspection, in 6.4.5, you can see that any diesel is still exempt.
