brake failures
ok, this whole brake failure thing has really got me concerned. i am almost to the point where i am affraid to drive my truck and have been seriously considering getting rid of it. is this something i should be overly concerned about?
even if this is an extremely isolated incident it's still really scary. think about this, let's say that out of all of new trucks sold this year, and that's a big number, there are only 10 (conservative number) with this problem and there have already been 9 failures. who's number 10. you, me, a spouse, a child, someone elses spouse or child. i don't know about everyone else but i sure as hell don't want to be next.
if ford addresses this problem like they do everything else, someone is going to have to get really hurt or worse before they step up to the plate and do something.

It's like everyone's playing Russian Roulette-except your pushin' on the pedal instead of pullin' the trigger. Maybe there will be a recall, I think it's really needed. In the meantime, if the Feds don't do anything and Ford doesn't do anything, just make sure you've got good life insurance & your final arrangements have been made. See ya at the hospital or morgue.
