Power Rear Window

Anyone have intermittent problems with their power rear window?? Mine stopped working completely- tried the switch a dozen times- no luck. Then this morning it works perfectly- all I can think of is it is getting stuck and the motor isn't strong enough to pull it open until it loosens- I'm going to lube the tracks. I don't think it's a short.

I have had the same problem a few times. I think you may be right about it getting stuck. Last time it happened I cleaned around the edges of the window on the outside, ensuring I pulled the black rubber away from the window. It is working good now, but I have a feeling the problem will return.

Talking

Mine stopped working for 2 whole days. I never figured it out. I tried every combination of doors open/closed, lights on, radio, heater, windows going up and down, etc to see if something affected it. I gave up and figure I was on my way in for repair, and then, of course, it started working again. That was a month ago and no problems since.

I blame it on moon rocks. Ever since they brought those things back from the moon things have been a little funny. hahahah
