Will a 1966 Mustang rear working 66 Ranchero

Can someone let me know if the 1966 Ranchero shares the same width as the 1965-1966 Mustang. I have a rear out of a Mustang I wanted to use. Will it fit?

I understand that the 1966 Ranchero has

Falcon Front Styling
Fairlane Rear Styling

I just wanted more information on the width of a 66 Ranchero.

What about a 351 engine? Can a 351 it in a 66 Ranchero or are there shock tower issues like the 66 Mustang. I believe it was 1967 when the Ranchero got wider?

thanks
newbie questions...
