"FORD JUST ANNOUNCED THAT FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS CAN NOW GET A PLAN INSTEAD OF X PLAN. ANYONE ELSE HEARD THIS? WE GOT A MEMO FROM OUR LOCAL UNION. BUT FORD AXZ PLAN HEADQUARTERS APPARENTLY NOT HONORING IT YET...BUT HAVE HEARD IT"

Can anyone spare an A plan pin?

Also I am a member via my union of AFL-CIO. I understand Ford sent a $500 rebate out - does anyone have the ability to scan one and send me a copy?

Although I pay a small fortune in dues each year, I did not receive one. Or I did and the junk mail Khan threw it out!

I can find nothing about X-Plan suddenly becoming eligible for A-Plan. I'm sure it's just a rumor.

The AFL-CIO rebate was in response to a GM program. You need to have received the GM coupon in order to be eligible for the Ford one, and Ford has to know that you're on the list to have sent you THEIR coupon. In other words, you get it or you don't; there's no way to sign you up after the fact.
