:( not very happy?

This is the first time I can say that I'm not happy with a ford truck. My fiance just picked up her Bronco II this evening. It's a 90 with the 4banger. Dosn't have many miles on it, and is in very nice shape.

BUT......

I can't get over how weak this truck really is. It had a hard time getting over 60mph on the expressway coming home, and it really did not want to accelerate at all. It actually was a very rough ride when we got back near her place tonight too. Anyone have any suggestions here? Am I asking to much of this truck? It passed through 2 different mechanics inspections and everything. Or is a full sized bronco a bad comparison?

been driving it while my truck is in the shop... I'm slowly getting used to, so I have to say it's not as bad as I first thought. It does have a little bit of an oil leak that I noticed this morning. SAME way mine started (now have had BOTH head gaskets, exhaust manifold, and all other gaskets in the general area replaced)

Good start not to get you down but Rear Main Seels are bad in these also, mine was leakin front and back not much but enough to make the engine look bad. and ya its bad comparing it to a fullsize there smaller/less horsepower on the other hand there great to park/go offroading with... it will do ya
