My mechanic says I need to replace Bubba's steering coupler (also called a rag joint). Any one have a good source for parts? Bubba's a 1970 F250 Camper Special. I would prefer new old stock but good used would be OK. Thanks-Dumptech (and Bubba, too!)

 

Napa had the rag joint in stock for a '68 F-250 I had a few years ago. I think they're fairly standard on many types of trucks, but I'm not sure.

NAPA? That's where I got mine for 73-79 trucks. They are fairly cheap, too.

After I ordered mine from JBG, I saw that NAPA has them in the HELP! section. I think it was just the fabric parts and you reuse your hardware. The replacement I ordered was the whole shootin match - just bolt it in.
