My turbocharged F-150...
I wanted to post information on my current project. It is a 2002 Reg Cab, 4.6 L 5-speed. Custom T-67 turbocharger currently installed. Here you can see the progress from STOCK to PROCHARGED to TURBOCHARGED, and below are links to my prior 2 '97-up F-150s...
This one makes 488/542 at the wheels.

Latest mods are color under the hood and the installation of a PROTOTYPE Hurst short throw shifter. I have some Carbon Fiber pieces too, but will post images of those mods once I have all the CF pieces here and installed.

As for the wheels, they are within 5% of the stock rollout. They may look small, but are 285 50 18s. 10" of rubber on each corner. I picked them up for a steal. A friend had them on his EXPY, but was getting a divorce. I got the entire set with tires for $400!!!
It is STABLE at 70-150 and handles like a slot car, considering the suspension is stock (Save the traction bars and a 2" drop in the rear)!

Dude that almost made me cry. The sound is awsome what exhaust do you have????? I must know cuz I have been fighting to figure out whether to get a super or turbo and your truck decided it for me!!! I have a 99 4.6L with K&N air filter, strait pipes(no muffler), the same front bumper, and a bed cover. Future mods include a Mustang rear spoiler, cam, and of course a turbo.(All of which will take forever since I am in college right now.

I have a couple of questions for you. First of all I am very impressed with the power of the 4.6 package. If I were to put a your 4.6 kit in my 03 supercab how much boost could I run without causing damage. I 've read that it will safely accept 8psi. Is this as high as I could go, and if I wanted to run around 13psi what else would I have to do? Right now I am just running a k&N filter and a flowmaster force II exhaust If I put your kit on at 8 psi of boost what should I expect for max horsepower. Watching that awsome project take form has motivated me to build something interesting. Thanks a bunch.
