If all else fails, have them order it. Shouldn't take but a day or two.

You made me start doubting myself so I just pulled my dash apart to check. The one linked above is the correct one (at least it is for my 04 Lariat that came with the single disc unit). I think all are the same. The truck side of the harness is gonna look like the DVI connector that you mentioned. The harness you need is the male harness that goes between the truck side of the harness and the aftermarket headunit.
Look at the link below...the first picture is what you need to install the headunit. It will plug into a connector that looks like the 2nd picture (what I think you are talking about when you say DVI connector). Your aftermarket headunit will have a wire harness that plugs into the rear of the unit and will have bare leads coming off of it. You will then use solder or crimp connectors to connect those wires to the wires on the wire harness of the first picture. Then, that harness will plug into the truck's harness which is the second picture. Does all that make sense? You DO NOT need to buy a harness like the second picture, it is already in the truck.
Don't worry about the part numbers being different between the first link I posted earlier and the part number in this link...they are different manufacturers.

Ok
I finally found it ...I called about 15 places even went to ford and talked to the guy that sold me my truck. He told me to talk to someone about an hour away saying that he knows everything. He didn't have it, every who seems to know what they are doing does not have the right one. Finally I found one for 10.00 bucks at some hole in the wall that didn't even ring it up in a register ..just said ...10 bucks pulled money out of his pocket and gave me change LOL. No way in hell it should have taken that long LOL. The one on crutchfields site was wrong ......i talked to them ..and thats what made me doubt anyone that told me they had it cause 2003 and up is not the case LOL. Got the deck in but with stock speakers. So far so good got the XM up and working that was tough to find a spot to put that in at. Ended up putting it under the seat right in front of the hot air vent that will eventually overheat it and blow it up ...oh well but for now it works! I am not a big heat person anyhow and i'd rather have it on my face. Putting the speakers in tomorrow ..or at least the front doors ....will see how much of a pain the rear doors will be. Thanks for your help ..everyone ..normally i just post to get some ideas but this one stumped me ..shouldnt have been that hard to find a wire harness here in the bay area. It's not like i am in the middle of the farm lands. Not saying thats bad but you'd think in a big city area you could get this relatively easily ..nope! Thanks again!

Not sure
But the folks that said they had it ....when i went to look at it .....it was completely different than what the male plugged looked like. I had best buy bring out 3 different ones for ford ...and none of them had the same size or pin set. I went thru this everywhere i went when they claimed they had it ....when i found it..i looked at it .said yeap thats it ..and we checked it to the car and i was good to go. ......but strange enough when this last guy showed me his harness i said yeap that looks like it and sure enough.
