Thanks FTE Forum
I just wanted to say thanks for your input and information. My Dad was having problems with his 2003 6.0 PSD. After Posting and perusing the threads I came across some information, some e-mail addresses and contact names. Here's what happened:
E-mailed Pat Hoyle at 4:00 pm on a Thursday.
John Quincy from Dallas Ford Regional called me at 4:20 pm.
Another Dallas Zone Manager called at 4:45 pm
An engineer from Dallas Zone Office was on site three days later and the dealership finally got to fix the engine.
So far the fix seems to have worked (Injector replacement) there has been no stalling on take-off.
What is funny is that the same engineer told the dealership that there was no problem with the engine THE FIRST TIME HE LOOKED AT IT. Which was two months earlier. Guess he changed his tune?
In the e-mail I mentioned I had been researching various truck forums and there seemed to be some real problems inherent to the 2003 6.0 PSD.
The dealer called me and said" I don't know who you got a hold of but they sure as heck want to fix this truck now"!
Thanks FTE from me and my Dad!

They replaced all injectors.
Dad was getting a stall or engine hesitation on take-off. The engine would not quit, but several times he found himself in an intersection or pulling onto a highway with a temporary reduction in power. The problem continued to get worse and seemed accentuated when he pulled his fifth-wheel.
FYI=2003 F350 FX4 crew cab
