Thanx !!! See my truck as well as our Mustang at www.ford.gmxhome.de. A lot has changed since. The Mustang has a hot "aluminium headed" 306 SBF and the truck is now running with a home made flat bed. I really need to update my web page and show the latest pix.

Kai

A Dutchman too!

Hi, I have been using this forum for over a year now, and only find today there is a International Chapter, and I am even a member without knowing!

Anyway, seems that I am the first from Holland (officially: Netherlands) to make myself known, although there is at least one other user who actually lives only some 15 miles away.

Have a E150 Econoline with high top (MarkIII conversion), which, like almost any other USA van or truck, runs on LPG/Propane her.
Not because we like this, but to allow us to even run the beast: a litre (about one quart) of regular costs about USD 1.70 and LPG USD 0.50. So.............

In addition to the Econoline, I also own a Winnebago Chieftain on a Chevy P30 chassis, which is even more thursty than the Ford, but find there is nothing quite matching the comfort of the A class.

Other than that, just let me know if there is anything you 'd like to know.
Regards,
Cor

Hi

Finland, 70 km northwards from Helsinki. We have a 1981 Econoline, a 1989 F-150 and a 1991 Aerostar AWD ext 4.0.

Also there's a 1965 Olds 442 street racer.

I've been in very passive mode lately due to house repairs and stuff, but once new garage is ready some time this fall I'll get more active.

I lived in Carlisle, PA 1985-86.

Terve Muki, kuis hurisee!!

I'm from Finland orginally as well -- just have lived the last 12 years in Switzerland. I come every summer for 4 weeks to my summer cottage in Finland -- F-150 2004 will carry reliably my whole family (4 persons and 4 large dogs).
Maybe we can meet next summer.

yes, sure, it's always nice to meet people, I visit Helsinki just about daily so that's a good place to see.

Anybody from FTE forum will find accommodation from our house, if necessary. Tight neckties are prohibited, otherwise we're easy going people.
