Of course it'll pull to the left, they put the steering wheel on the wrong bloody side! What do you expect from a defect like that?

In all seriousness, welcome to the nuthouse! Glad to have you aboard! Looks like a nice rig, you should be happy with it should you buy it.

Flywest has a good reputation on FTE. Flywest has a good reputation on FTE.
Thanks for that!

Yeah I hear you about the Auto trans... my biggest area of concern!
I took out a extended waranty policy for another 100,000 Km's to cover specifically my worries with the transmission.

Is there addtional oil cooling kits I should consider due to our heat and the towing situation?? Any transmission upgrades etc (like the aforementioned springs for more definitve shifting changes)?

I will ask for an OASIS report - didn't know I could get one - many thanks!

With regard to big tyres (51 inch) I do think the ones on there now seem a little "small" in comparison to what a lot of you guys in the States run...
Mt Bro IN law does run a Tyre shop so upgrading mightn'tbe such a big issue - but what are the pro's and cons of doing so?

Why do you run bigger tyres? More ground clearance offroad? Better fuel economy?

Just curious!

Yeah - i think you might be right about the pull to the left, probably they can come with LH drive camber offsets...especially if they are USA spec vehicles...with us driving on the opposite side of the road the camber would be all wrong!

Likely the bro in law can fix it - he's wheel aligned just about everything with wheels at one time or another!

That or I'll just keep bouncing off kerbs till it self corrects! he he he!

Cheers!

If you have a problem with the Auto - give Robin at Technical Trans a call, he could rebuild a trannie out of a 36 Mercedes blindfolded... couldn't recommend him high enough.

As for the tyres, its a 3 fold thing. More ground clearance, bigger footprint and looks... most certainly not fuel economy - quite the opposite actually.

As for the cooling kits, best to ask in the 7.3l forum. The V10 and the 5.4l both have larger coolers - but they don't fit (A/C bracketry in the way). Been there, tried that.

Hi and Welcome! That rain is what keeps it so green and beautiful though. Spain is on my list of places to visit someday. I used to have a friend in Madrid.

Thanks TigerDan. Sure it is green and beautiful over here (and I like it that way, haha) only when anyone says "spain" everybody thinks about sunshine, "fiesta" (party), flamenco dancing and all that stuff... Well, here in the north we do keep the "fiesta" thing

Hi Ford_in_Spain, I used to go on vacation at Bagur on the Mediterranian coast a few years back, nice country.Just got back from Val Thorens( France)yesterday, took a week skiing.I sure wish I had taken the F-250 4x4, got stuck in a pass at 2000 meters, even with snowchains the Honda wouldn't advance!
