Another F100 from Oz

G'day, just joined the site. I live on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Its a pleasant spot half way between Sydney and Newcastle in the expensive state.

My Ol girl is a bit of a grandfathers axe, and is about to get seriously made over. Girlfriend permitting . Its a 77 F100 LWB 2WD 351C 4spd with factory rust in the cabin and any where else I dare look. I'll post piccies and write up my misadventures as they happen.

I've owned a few Effie's in my time mostly ex ambulances usually Cleveland V8's or I've made them so.

Its always interesting to hear from other people and places.

Regards
Perry

Hi Aussie F350 truck sounds great. My truck is in the panel shop to,because I hit a tree not that hard but hard enough to F_*k the front and the panel shop have been wineing about the modifications and its was hard to get the right parts, anyway it should look good with the new paint job (white) could'nt get the insurance crew to pay for new colour.I will be looking at doing my tray soon because of that,I'm thinking of doing it in polished Ironbark should look good. What colour will you be painting your truck and bed? What donk do you have in it?

Hey Tim,
trees are not nice things to run into! I'm painting mine zest, that new metalic that the territories and Falcons come in. I've just ordered some dream beams with a three inch drop and at the moment I'm running a mild 351C, but this is all about to change. Tomorrow I'm off to look at a V10, I'm sure the 84 fire wall was never ment to fit one of these things in there, but where there is a will... I'm sure there will be some sleepless nights trying to sort this one out, but what the hell, it's my hobby, right?
