My son and I are in the middle of swapping the 4 speed from his '40 pickup to a 3 speed with synchros. Each tranny takes a different u-joint. Of course, we don't have the right one. If any of you readers have the smaller 3 speed u-joint and would like to sell or trade, we are in need.The output shaft on the 3 speed measures 1.214 - 6 spline. The driveline side of the u-joints are all the same 32-48 we think. Thanks, Lazy
