Rear cab arm removal question

I bought my '53 cab with the rear cab corners already replaced so I'm not sure how it was built from the factory. My questions is:
Is there supposed to be an access hole cut in the rear cab corner to allow access to the back side of the cab arm bolt?

If yes, where does it go, how big is it, and how do you plug it when your done.

If no, how the heck do you get to the nut to get the darn thing off??

Thanks for your help - Brad

brad,
there is a hole... seem like it was tight, probably about 1/6 larger than the socket that fit the nut... Mid-50 and others sell the rubber plugs that fill the hole after installation..\
