Nitto makes the terra grappler in a variety of sizes for 18 inch wheels. http://www.nittotire.com/tires_terragrappler.asp . I don't know how big you can go though....

YEs you can but its not lot aviable tires for 18" at this time..
if you go bigger tires then i would recommend to do front level kit or suspension lift if your going big like 35".
With leveling kit for front, it can be fit 33" w/ correct backspacing then you ll have no problem.
BFG ATKO will be release soon 285/60/18 which i really want...
