What years did ford make High Boy pickups

I have 85 Ford F-150 4x4 XLT Lariet That has the resemblance of a high boy but I'm not sure how long ford made them. I was told that it was a high boy but I only thought they only made them in the 70's. The truck has a fackory
9-inch rear . The rear end has been blocked 2 to 2 1/2 inchs in the back, Quad shocks in the front,351w,C-6 automatic trans, 208 transfer case, automatic hubs, the truck set about 2 to 3 inchs higher than my friends stock 85 ford F-150 with for wheel drive.

I'm not positive but I thought they stop making them in 78, could be wrong but keep your thread alive

They stopped making them in 1977 1/2, and they were only 4x4 F-250's.
