170 to 302 ?'s

would changing the frame mounts, motor mounts and tranny be all that is involved in going from a 170 to a 289 or 302. the model is a 65. if not how can i inprove performance on the 170. i will not be racing or anything. i just want to get to 60 in less than 30 seconds, cause thats about what it takes now. thanks
