where in mpls can i get a trailer hitch

what is a good brand of reciever hitch that i can buy for a 98 explorer? what should i stay away from? where is a good place to get one for carry out or installed?

Minnesota hitch in Anoka. I buy a lot of hitches from them.

they arent too bad to install yourself, sometimes you gotta make a hole, i would pay attention to the class of hitch depending on your load. they usually run class 1-3 as a average, i had a class 5 that could take a beating once. probaly even find a good used one at a boneyard.

what r u plannin on haulin? if too heavy u planning on beefin the rear springs with helpers, air shocks etc? just curious.

auto parts stores such as Bumper to bumper now sell these & ussually they have them on hand. about $100-$120 range. Some dont even need drilling. even if it does its a easy install . This is for a reciever style hitch a good one.

The insert costs about another $20-$30 & the Ball is about $6-$10

i will be pulling mainly snomobiles. nothing too heavy.

you could use the bumper hitch for that. save your cash.
