Electric choke wire to coil or stator on alt?

Electric choke wire to coil or stator on alt?

I'm adding an electric choke to a MC 2100 on a '76 360. Should I attach the choke wire to the stator (S) terminal on the alternator or the coil? If the coil, which terminal?

stator terminal on the alt
