I have a 1951 Henry J that I bought finished.
I am doing other work to the engine compartment, and I need some info on the paint.

The person who painted the car said he used a late 70's-early 80's Ford truck color- purple.

Can't help you with the paint numbers. Your best option (assuming the previous owner isn't available) is to try a auto paint supply store.
