Question halsey

hello have a 1984 class C rv would a gear vender under/overdrive improve hills and mountain driving on this 3 speed HD diesel rv is listed as a 1985 model moter is 6.9L

Well, I had replied last night, and now it's gone... Oh well, I will do it again. The overdrive/uderdrive should make quite a difference, as it will give you overdrive for regular cruise, and will give you more gears to pull the hills, likely you have been able to guess that the 3 speed could use some gears in between the ones it has. You could get by on the cheaper unit if you aren't planning on towing, or at least not towing heavy.

I was thinking one could be bought for $1500, so either the proces have changed, or I am simply mistaken. Both the GV unit and US GEar appear to be the same price now.
