Are glowplugs from places like Schucks and Napa Okay!

Yes.
I have not gotten any lately but NAPA here sells 2 types for mine. One is real good, the other is good enough. Iput alot of the good ones in some moving trucks and they did well.

If you have AutoZone where you are they are ZD-11 (changed part number a year or two back) for the 94-97. The only ones I have heard bad tales about are Autolite, they are reported to break off easily in the cylinder with the expected internal engine damage. The ZD-11 comes (or did when I bought mine) in Ford part bags at half the price of the Ford dealership. They are made by an outfit called BERU and have served me well for three plus years.

usually come as "motorcraft" genuine parts from Autozone

Beru glow plugs are some of the best available.
