Hey folks, just dropping in to say hello. I found this place while looking for possible answers to my bad gas mileage problems and in the mean time, found locals.
About me: I am from Ona, which is between Charleston and Huntington. I drive an `86 F-150 XLT Lariat 2WD with a gas drinking 302 EFI/AOD, all the bells and whistles, a tailgate that the latching mechanism is a bear to open/close, broken A/C, and badly faded paint.
My plans for the truck include new paint, a dual exhaust when I find a set of headers the refuse to leak, and lowering the rear end to level out the truck.
Aftermarket stuff: Airlift 5000# airbags on the rear with on-board compressor(for towing/hauling my Grizzly), Pioneer head unit, Pioneer XM reciever, Kove 6 1/2's, Bazooka 8" tubes, cheap 4 channel amp, K&N...
