Question Front pulley removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the front pulleys on a ’49 8BA V8? I can’t find anything in my manuals on how to get them off. I’ve taken the bolt out and can see that they are held in place by a key. But I can not figure out how to pull them off without risk of damage to the pulleys or timing plate. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Got it off. Tried tapping on the back with a punch and hammer, but still no luck. Heated it up with a propane touch and tapped on it some more and it finally came loose.
