I'll have to snap a pic for you. I am still looking for something to replace my 16.5's, but cash flow is as negative as it gets. Are you still wanting that window and seat?

I was talking to a guy while I was working, and he said he might take my old truck off my hands. He also has a bunch of older trucks with a variety of axles...so...hm. Don't know..might have to keep him from having all of them crushed lol.

I wish I was a bit older and had a garage for myself with all the nifty tools. Rob, Roger, John...you all can do your own work. I'm jealous...that's another problem with the 4-wheeler idea.

I think I might go for those tires...but I can't commit to anything yet really. I keep thinking about my poor clutch straining cause of the 3.55 gears in the back, just trying to get going. I'm pretty sure that my rims are 15x10. Yea, like you said the black powdercoated rock crawler rims are only like 40 bucks a peice.

Bill...what color is that topper? Color matched to your truck?

Roger...If it was 4WD =). Course....I suppose if it was 4WD you'd have already used it too lol. Be a big pain to convert over, too. How much trouble do you think that a SAS would be for my 94?

But your Explorer was lifted when these tires were on it, no? I think that 33" tires will rub on me. It's going to catch the black trim under the bumper, and the bumper itself on the front. It looks too close to call, and Rob said I'd need to do alot of stuff int he front to lift it. I thought I'd read that 2" of lift in the front was the most you could do without playing the TTB game... plus more then that and brake lines and other stuff start getting upset.

I've always liked hte looks of the Mickey's too. O_O

The brake lines will work with 4" of lift in the front, but I wouldn't go any more than that without putting on extended lines but like I said lifting a ttb without drop brackets on everything else will definatly mess with alignment issues. Not that I don't think you could get it done with a kit they really aren't that hard to install, it's when you start fabricating lifts that stuff gets interesting, so just find a good kit, and read the instructions most of them can be installed with standard hand tools, and basic mechanical knowledge

Anybody know of where there is an old 12v 5.9L Cummins? I'm rebuilding my old '82 F-350, and want to put a strong diesel in it, and want the simplicity of the old diesels. If a manual transmission came with it, that'd be nice as well.

I'm doing that to a 92 Crew cab. Keep an eye on ebay, that's how I picked up the whole truck with Gear Vendors over/under and exhaust brake for 2800.

I'm actually searching through there right now. What did you use for key words for the search??
Wow, if I could find a set up like that, I'd definitely be putting that on! I'd love to have the Gear Vendors Over/Under! I'd be doing my field work with my pickup truck!!

try dodge diesel, cummins diesel. I got lucky with mine, they listed it all wrong, and only mentioned the diesel in the description, and the other parts were obscure as well. The red lettering was the giveaway in the pics. I recently watched a couple truckes go for a little over a thousand with the Cummins in them, but they were in Texas. If your willing to travel, Texas will give you something. If you end up needing to go there, but can't get the time, it is possible I can make the run for the cost of the fuel and a little something for my time. Although with fuel the way it is, may be cheaper to line up a shipper.

PM me with an offer!

I've been askign $350, but I am really, really motivated right now. So much so that I'd even take $300 for them. Tread-wise, they are just like new. I don't think I put more than 1000 miles on them when they were on the Explorer. Be sure you go out to their website and look at them first though, as these are the Baja Belted HP tires. They are great winter tires which is why I bought them to replace the TSL Thornbirds I did have on the truck.

Cheers!
