If i recall correctly its a 11 inch or maybe a 12? I bought it awhile back when my clutch was going out and the motor died before the clutch did and since Im upgrading to a 302 I have no use for it. The pressure plate is in good condition the flywheel is runnable but has seen better days. I also have the starter that goes with it if he needs that since I cant use it on what I have. Throwout bearing is in good shape Id bet it would last the life of the new clutch spins nice and is tight still. Tell yopur buddy the clutch is his (when can he pic it up or does he want me to ship?) Id take $15 for the starter if he wanted that or id make him a package deal of $75 for the starter, flywheel, Pressure plate, clutch, throwout bearing and what ever other misc parts that apply. I prefer money order for payment if I ship.

Whenever Shawn gets back down here I'll let him know to take a look at this. He'll be a happy camper I'm sure.

He said he'll take the clutch, throwout bearing, and pressure plate, and he's just gonna get the current flywheel machined if need be.

He'll need it shipped, could you find out how much it'd cost for shipping? This isn't an ASAP thing, either for him.

I have a 460 that I am looking at getting rid of. It is located in Cedar Rapids. I bought it from a friend and decided not to use it. Would like to get around $200 for it. Let me know if anybody is interested.

TCI Streetfighter Torque Converter p/n 441300

I still have a TCI Streetfighter torque converter for 351M/400 429/460 that would be great for that built 460 or 400. List 525, Summit 425, asking $300.

I've got 20 miles and about 2 hours on it before I had a stuck valve force pulling the engine. While out I swapped to a milder cam and put the stock converter back in. Still has the decal on it.

Located in Cedar Falls.

Thanks!

I bought the 460 about 2 years ago. It was in the guys garage and was said to be pulled from a running car. Since then it has sat in my old roomates garage and he wants it gone. It is pretty much a complete long block. It has the oil pan, 4 bbl intake, and manifolds but no front accessories. It is still free and spins. I have never done any work to it or pulled it apart. I am basically just looking to get what core price is on it. If the price seems to much, just shoot me an offer.

That will be fine I would not have the time to box it up untill then anyway at the soonest. I will try to scale weight the stuff though and call UPS to get a total for him on monday.

Respects

'78 F150 - parting out

I'm taking my old '78 F150 out of commission. I'll be keeping the nine inch rear axle and wheels. It's got a new brake booster and master cylinder, rebuilt calipers, new front brake hoses, lots of rust in the box, a ratty interior, and a 460/C6 with a spare tranny (condition unknown). Some things like exterior lights and the voltage regulator are already gone. The 460 will run (after repairing the broken bolts and water pump and adding a carb. The engine is ready for a rebuild in my opinion. 150,000 miles approximatly. I do have a current title to go with it, but you'd be better off just using this one for parts.

200 bucks firm for the whole shebang.

Bring a trailer and a winch - no rear axle - only the front rolls.

PM or email me.
