Timing Belt Help

I have a 93 Ranger 2.3L, the timing belt stripped all the teeth. I replaced the belt and tensioner, lined up marks on both crankshaft and cam shaft. Started engine to a bad rattling noise. Any ideas on what to do next.

Your rattle is most likely the cam followers. Just let that engine idle a bit and see if it doesn't get quite. When we turn the engines without oil pressure it causes them to collapse. I think you'll be OK.
