Simple way to check; hook up a pressure gauge to the pump and see how high up it will go. Even if it puts out more than 10 psi, you will be holding that button down for a really long time to pump up air springs, and you will still need some kind of one-way valve to keep the air in them. I would not rely on that tiny pump to support my suspension.

I have one of the pumps out and was thinking it might work for that but I have my doubts. Doesn't seem to have much ommmf..but it might. I could put a psi gauge on it for you..

I would just run the air lines where you can get to them or just by an air compressor kit. I seriously doubt the lumbar air pump can even do 10 psi.
