Does anybody run biodiesel?

I've been doing some research lately on this seemingly amazing product, and I was wondering if any of you had run biodiesel in your trucks and if so, what were the results?

Ford's position on biodiesel

Here is something from the Ford Bulletins:

Ford's Position on Biodiesel:
Ford is advising that any of their vehicles powered by a diesel engine, regardless of manufacturer, may exhibit engine or fuel system problems when using fuels with greater than 5% Biodiesel. Any problems when using fuels containing more than 5% Biodiesel should be referred to the fuel manufacturer. Ford only recomends using fuels containing no more than 5% Biodiesel (B5) in their diesel powered vehicles. In addition, as per World Wide Fuel Charter (WWFC) catagory 1-3, fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) must meet EN14214 and ASTM D 6751 specifications. Broadcast Message 0884

Just something to consider.

Everything I have come across is that biodiesel blends are much more expensive.

That is interesting because I know that Cummins, as well as a handfull of diesel engine manufacturers have said it's okay to run straight biodiesel. Do you have ballpark figures on cost per gallon? This is funny because everything I'VE read said it's the same cost if not cheaper. Maybe two differant groups of people pushing two differant agendas? ;-)
