Does Ford make 4x4 full size van?

No, but there are several companies that convert them, quigley is one if such companies. (www.quigley4x4.com)

I have one, 97 E-150.

According to their site Quigley doen't do 150s any more just 250 and up do to weight classifications. They do quite a nice job. Mine is a 4.9 6cyl work van, very basic. I bought it because the price was actually less than a comperable 2WD van booked at. It's close to a $9,000.00 option above the price of the van.
