Should I buy these rims?

I want to add a little chrome flash to my Bronc, and also have a wider wheel with a reverse offset to put the tires out a bit and give it a nice stance (also to keep them from hitting the radius arm). I looked at the Allied Super Tracker, it is a chrome mod wheel in a 15 X 10 offset. They look like the Alcoas but are steel. I was quoted a price of $767 plus tax for four of them, mounted and balanced on with my existing tires, center caps, and new chrome lug nuts. Everything new in other words, except the tires. Here is a link to them on the manufacturer's website.

http://www.alliedwheel.com/steel/chromest.html

The price seems sorta high for chrome mods, but I really haven't priced wheels in a long time. I can get the Alcoa aluminum ones for that price, but at 15 X 8 with no offset. But I can't find anywhere that lists a price for the Allied rims, to compare.

Also (and this is not a "for sale" thread) are my stock 1990 gray Ford spoked rims worth anything? You can see them in my gallery.

And a last question - is 15 X 10 good for my 31 X 10.50 X 15 tires? Or should I get a 15 X 12? Because I would like to get the truck lifted one day and run 33 X 12.50 X 15 (however this may never happen...you know how it goes...)

Thanks for any and all advice and opinions!

I don't have an issue with rust in Colorado. When I lived near the coast in Florida I had to stay on top of chrome wheels to keep the rust off, but not here.

Get the 15x10 rims and then put 33x12.50x15s on them. That will look really good.
A 12 inch wide rim is just too big unless you plan on running big tires like 14 inches wide.
Nice looking rims if you take care of them to keep rust away. I prefer aluminum myself.

Personaly i would look at Prop-Comp Xtreme Alloys, and Mickey Thompson wheels. They look similar and cost cheaper. Couple months ago they were selling 4 Xtreme Alloys for $300, the sell was good for july only i think (it was from 4 wheel parts).

BTW - as far as the wheels, I am going to go to some other Goodyear locations to see if they have some wheels in stock. The location where I went, the one that did my tires and brakes, does not have any wheels that I can look at and they get them from California. That means 5-7 day wait and the guy said that if I don't like them when they get here, I have to pay shipping to send them back. Not to mention that I am covering shipping to get them here, so they cost more. And $767 plus tax is too high for simple steel wheels. I saw similar wheels on the Net for $77 each.

Hey Monster what size are the Eddie Bauer rims? Like 15x8? If JB doesn't want them I might be interested and I'm in Md.

I think that they are the chrome ones, like on 95-96's. I am really looking to get a 15 X 10 rim so go ahead and get them if they are what you need, and you are in Maryland so it would be easier.

15x10 rims and a question

I don't know what I want to do yet. Right now I am running 15x10" white painted wagon wheels and I want maybe a set of aluminum wheels. I have a set of 15x10" aluminum wheels that I paid $200 for and then found out that the holes for the lug nuts have been bored (although they are absolutely perfect bores and the wheels are perfectly balanced) but I cannot find a lug nut that will work with these wheels now. And of course I can't contact the the guy I bought them from to get my money back.
Is there a way I could use these rims or are they ruined now?
