There is a pretty good cruise nite at the Stake 'N Shake located on RT.43 (Harlem Ave.) about a block south of 159th ST in Tinley Park,IL on Friday night from 6 PM to ?? They usually get at least 150 classic cars/trucks. Not many Ford trucks, though! Last week, out of 150+ cars, there were only 4 Ford trucks. Not a very good percentage! Weather permitting, I'll be there this Fri. I think I'm going to bring my 77 F100 flareside this week. It would be really cool to see more Ford trucks there!
I agree John, the Tinley Steakn Shake usually has a good crowd up there. I used to that my 1969 Fairlane 500 station wagon up there and meet old friends. I may drop bye to check things out. The showcase classics site has les cruise nights/etc. that years past but a quality turn out.
Now if I could get my oldest and youngest Son's project cars done, it would a project truck for me.

Fastronald, is your 69 Fairlane wagon blue? Is it kinda jacked up in back? If it is, I have seen your car at some local cruise nites over the last couple of years.
I decided not to go to Stake 'N Shake tonight because there was a chance of rain. Maybe I'll go next Fri., I'll have to wait and see what the weather looks like.
My oldest Son wants to take his 94' Cougar XR/7 up there for a cruise night soon. Let us know when you decide to go and if nothing else, I'll drive the old trusty 93' Vicki there to say Hi.
