vibrations

He guys I got a question I was checking to see if my auto hubs worked and they were stuck on lock. So I ordered a set of mile marker manual hubs I installed them and they are great. But when I am free wheeling and I hit a bump there is a vibration and it doesnt stop until I hit another bump. I didnt notice this before because it was locked and there was no trouble then. Any ideas?

My 2001 7.3 X did the same thing a couple of times when I would hit a bump. Never really knew what it was until I replaced my ball joints and found the needle bearings in the drivers side hub were toast. For some reason it seems like the drivers side wears out first. HTH!!!

Is it all one peace that you switch out or can it be serviced? Are they easy to change?
