I am getting off idle tip in hesitation.

The truck is a 2002 with about 52k miles. It has original plugs and wires. I have pulled and cleaned the IAC and the throttlebody. It has a new Fram airfilter.

I have run injector cleaner though the gas and sea foam also.
My next step is BG 44k.

Any where else to look?

 

Based on what you say, I'd be tempted to try plugs and wires. 52K is a little early, but I'd not step over dollars to pick up pennies.
It be a worthwhile investment in my book.
