I have a stickey throttle and blame it on dirty oil fumes being sucked into TBI. I want to remove the black hose between the oil filler tube and the large rubber air intake tube (between the air cleaner & TBI). I plan on adding a mini K&N breather to the oil filler tube and plugging the hole in the large intake tube. Will this mess up the computer? Thanks

 

If you have "Oil Fumes" comming from this hose in such quantity as to foul up the throttle body, you may have a SERIOUS blow-by problem. I would check the PCV system first.
