Exclamation 2001 exp. full time 4wd, need lift help??

Help... I can't find a lift kit for my 2001 Expedition, Eddie Baur, with full time 4 wheel drive. Can anyone recommend a suspension lift kit in the 4-5 inch range that will not change the drive train, and can work with full time 4 wheel??? Can't find one anywhere. Desperatily need to be lifted.....

Thanks.

Welcome jknoll, I don't know the first thing about lifting a truck. However, if I were going to try to do it, I'd start with a google search for one of the many outfits on the web, look in the yellow pages under trucks or call 4wheel parts wholesalers. One of these groups will be able to tell you if a lift kit exists....not many discussions about lifted trucks around this forum.

How did your truck get to be "full time" 4wd?

I would check with skyjacker.com, rancho suspension, or superlift.com and see if they can help....good luck!

Good luck!

Edit: for some reason the link comes up wierd. Just copy & paste the last 1/2 of it... from www.to .html

lift for 2001 Expo.. still can't find??

The full time 4wd was an option for the 2001 Eddie Bauer. I still can't seem to find a lift to accomidate this feature. I called a few 4wd shops in the area, but they seem to not know anything about a lift available. I'm sure someone might have tried to lift a full time 4wd Expo and I was hoping to find that person. Please reply if you know how I might be able to lift this baby.....

Thanks for all replys

John
