Crazy Leveling Question

Just got a new reg cab flareside and dont like the way the back end is up so much higher than the front. I dont want to raise the front to match the rear. How can I lower the rear a bit to match the front?. I'm not interested in "slaming" the truck, just want it level. Is it safe to remove one leaf spring? Thanks.

Just buy new shackles. They have a couple different positions so you can somewhat chose the height. They are under 100.00. Removing a leaf is a pain and the ride will get worse.

Sounds easy enough, Where do I find them? Is this a Ford factory part or aftermarket? Any part numbers that you guys know of? Thanks.

If you do a search with a combination of the words "leveling +kits" or lowering +kit you will find a lot of posts about different lowering kit products. Here's one that names some of the products: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/s...ht=lower+kits+

Remove the blocks that are between the rear axle and the springs. We just sold a new pickup to a older guy and he had us remove the blocks. It drops it down the perfect distance and makes the front and back level. The threads on the u-bolts arent quite long enough so your have to add some washers. It dont cost any money and its easy.
