Center caps on the 2000 Explorers
I believe the 2000 Explorers use the Type 146 Center caps, but I might be mistaken.
The Type 146 center caps would have -DA as the last part of the cap part#.
In any case, when you guys install them - how hard is to secure them? Do you hear a big click and it just stays on?
I'm asking because I have Type 170 (-GB) caps on my 2000 Crown Vic. The rims are different, so there's a larger gap between the cap and the rim and it's unsettling without knowing for sure that the caps were installed properly.
