Needed technical support

I'm currently working on a 1950 F 1 build up. The donor drivetrain is a '98 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup. The engine is a L-31 and the transmission is a L 60E. I'll be using the computer with the electronic injection and electronically controlled transmission. I need information on reprograming the computer to deal with different cam, headers, along with different rear end ratio, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
F1hardtobeat
