Flex-a-lite Recall
For those of you that are running Flex-a-lite E-fans I found this posted at another site. It was posted by a Flex-a-lite employee. Please excuse me if this has been posted elsewhere. I just want to give everyone the heads up.
Flex-A-Lite has identified a defect with fuseholders used on Dual fan systems shipped with the Variable Speed Control. This defect is internal to the fuse holder, and has caused failure of several VSC and fuse holders. The following link is to a recall notice on the Flex-a-lite website.

Hey everyone if you get the replacement part then be sure to put it on right away. I got mine the first of the week and was planning on changing it out this weekend. It didn't make it the fuse holder shorted out, my fan didn't work and I spewed antifreeze all over the place. To top it off I had to change out the new fuse holder in the middle of a busy parking lot in 90+ temperature.
