Hesitation

When my 92 Explorer is cold, it hesitates. Sometimes it takes twice as long to turn over too. When that happens, I just turn the key without starting & let the fuel pressurize & it starts right up. This Morning, it started right up no problems & only hesitated once. New MAF & O2 sensor & no more check engine light coming on, but what else could it be? (New Plugs & wires 7000 miles back)
Any Ideas??

If it starts faster with a pressurized fuel line as you say, then you probably have leaky injectors. They leak down while the car is parked.
