Your hardest thing will probably be getting the door panels off and the panels off the back area.
I'm not sure how those particular panels come off, since I don't have that truck, but you will just need to take your time. Check to make sure you have all the screws out (like around the door handle, etc) and then start to work the panel up and out. It may just slide up and off like on my Ranger, or they may have used those push in plastic things (which I hate). If they use the push ins, need to go slow and maybe a small pry bar to help work them out since you don't want to break the push pin (can be replaced) or worse the panel itself.
You may also get help in the F-150 forums on here for that one.
Once the panels are off, it's just a matter of unscrewing the speakers in there and replace with the new ones. May need to rig up something on the connectors if they are the stock speakers. Wouldn't take more than some connectors and short bit of wire.
