it is done

i finally got the engine and trans back into my 70 f250, the 390 is so much better then when it was a 360. i cant hardly believe it. now i need a 4 barrel, and some headers. fellro i will be ready to bring the hoist back down to you next weekend if you are going to be there, let me know. call me if you still got the number. i got about 45 miles on it so far. next saturday i will change the oil and filter and hopefully soon start the body work.

I'll be here, likely lost the number already. Do you have an intake? got a few laying around here.

glad to hear you got it together, I know what you mean when I made that change from a 360 to a 390 (many, many moons ago) in my 69 F100, I thought I had a different truck.

I have the intake and carb from my old 75, but they are 10 hours away in South Dakota, but I know there is an intake or so here. Used the square bore Holley.
