Tune up?
Just bought a 98 F-150 with the 4.2L. What all is included with a tune up? This is my first ford truck and I dont want to miss anything.

If I just bought a truck.. This is what I'd do to tune it up.. I just perfer to know "I" changed things..
O2 Sensors
Plug Wires
Plugs
Transmission Fluid
Oil
Differential Fluids

Hey Eldo, welcome to FTE. Nice to have you join us here in the 4.2 forum.
Here's my $.02:
I'd skip the O2 sensors.
If it were mine, I'd do a SeaFoam treatment first.
Then, oil and filter.
Plugs and wires if it has over 70,000 miles and it hasn't been done (Motorcraft for both).
Same for the fuel filter.
Air filter.
Transmission fluid (regardless if it's manual or automatic).

Thanks for all the suggestions. I will get to most of it this weekend.
I changed the muffler bearing, but didnt find the
reservoir for the blinker fluid.

The reservoir for the blinker fluid does not exist, the fluid, instead comes out of the power steering, one of those all-in-one designs. Hey guys, seroiusly, I can't find the drain plug for the door oil. Any help here?

It's on the passenger side.

Why you are at it...I think it would be best to change the Hinge air filters, Maybe go with a K&N...
