If I just bought a truck.. This is what I'd do to tune it up.. I just perfer to know "I" changed things..

O2 Sensors
Plug Wires
Plugs
Transmission Fluid
Oil
Differential Fluids

Hey Eldo, welcome to FTE. Nice to have you join us here in the 4.2 forum.
Here's my $.02:

I'd skip the O2 sensors.
If it were mine, I'd do a SeaFoam treatment first.
Then, oil and filter.
Plugs and wires if it has over 70,000 miles and it hasn't been done (Motorcraft for both).
Same for the fuel filter.
Air filter.
Transmission fluid (regardless if it's manual or automatic).

Let us know if you have any questions about particulars. We'll be glad to try and help!

The reservoir for the blinker fluid does not exist, the fluid, instead comes out of the power steering, one of those all-in-one designs. Hey guys, seroiusly, I can't find the drain plug for the door oil. Any help here?

Why you are at it...I think it would be best to change the Hinge air filters, Maybe go with a K&N...

Nice site, I like the idea of the exhaust filter, especially since I have no muffler!
