I have a very nice set of aluminum 8x16 rims with BF Goodrich All-Terrain LT265/75-16 T/A tires on them. These came from a Suburban and will fit any '89-'98 Full-Size Chevy or GMC Truck, I have no use for them. What I do need is an engine for my '83 F250, I'm willing to trade these wheels for an old 351,400,460 or 6.9 diesel engine. I will rebuild the engine so it can be in parts as long as it's fairly complete. Below is a link with pictures of the wheels.
Those are nice tires and wheels, but I have no motor...
Give the guys at Colorado Auto parts and salvage a call. You can pick up a yard motor (plenty of the displacements you are after, except diesel) for $75 or get one of the motors they pulled as running for I recall $125. Not too bad for a project if you ask me, but then my 390 came from there...

Apparently somebody forgot to torque one of the rod caps. It will need the crank machined, possibly welded up, at least 2 rods and pistons, and plenty of work, but it is pretty much complete.
