I drive a Ford semi-truck for a living and bought a OEM radio on e-bay. There are no exsiting wires in the truck for a radio, just a place to put it. The radio model no. is F77F-19B132-BA. There are seven pins on the left, eight on the right and two small ones in the middle. Would anyone be able to help me?

 

does the truck have speakers? if it ever had a radio before there has to be some wires.
