Hi Ken and welcome to FTE
In the fuse box under the hood is fuse #5 (20A) which is for the horn relay and cruise. If the horn works it's ok.
Under the dash, fuse #13 (15A) is for the brake lights and brake pressure switch for the cruise. If the brake lights work then it's ok.
Fuse 5 (15A) under the dash is also for the cruise control servo.
If you snoop around on here you'll find other posts about cruise control not working. Common problems are the brake pressure switch on the end of the master cylinder and bad clocksprings in behind the steering wheel.

You can? I didn't see it on there. Where is it at?
I need to know also b/c for some reason my cigarette lighter receptacle doesn't work, but it used to. The other 12v receptacle works just fine, just not the one the cigarette lighter goes in. I had my radar detector plugged into it until it stopped working. So I plugged it into the spare 12v receptacle and it works.
