Do any of you Great Lakers remember Townclub- use to sell it for $4 a case, and $2.40 was the deposit on the case so it really was just $1.60.

I have seen it here in MN, but mostly at dollar stores and discount places of that sort. I seen some at a hot topic store in St. Cloud just this past weekend as well.

Faygo pop is the best.(coming from someone who grew up in metro detroit) It was the pop you would go by for 99 cents on your bike as a kid. It was also the only maker of red pop in which no matter how safely you drank it, it ended up staining your clothes or something around it!! My favorite Faygo has to be Rock n Rye, but now that I live out here in Washington we don't have it, just like White Castles. The things you miss when you move!

I love Faygo!! It has everything; variety, good taste and it's CHEAP!

Love the redpop (especially over ice cream ) The grape and the peach flavor rule too.

When I was a kid I loved the "Moonshine" Faygo. I don't know if it was the taste or because I thought it was loosley grouped with alcohol and I thought I was getting away with something....lol

Thinking about it now I may have to go out and buy some....lol

Ya, I remember Towne Club. Remember Sonny Eliot used to advertse it. My favorite was Orange-Pineapple.

As for Faygo, I drink it a lot. I'm a BIG fan of Detroit made products. The plant is still on Gratiot Ave., where it's always been. My favorite is Rock-n-Rye. Sometimes you can hit a 2 liter for 69 cents. WHAT A DEAL!!

Funny you should mention Faygo- I just saw the first TV commercial for them in about 10 years today.

You aren't the lead attack of a marketing blitz are you

I just moved from Reno NV about 4 months ago and my dad is from Flint MI. He used to tell me about Faygo Rock n Rye and about 2 weeks before I moved I saw it in a 7-11! Great stuff! I also liked the Strawberry. They also had grape nehi there!
