will front rotors cause a vibration(shimmy) if they are warped or out of line ???will turning the rotors fix the problem?do you have to do both sides, passenger and drivers side??

Warped rotors alone would not cause a vibration (shimmy) if the brakes are not applied. Check ur tire pressure, lug nuts, and then a balance if it's still there.
